Who This Retreat Is For

This weekend retreat will be on my farm and is for any woman who is ready to stop repeating the same painful patterns in relationships. Many of us are strong, successful, and thriving in so many areas of life—yet when it comes to love, family, or friendships, we keep choosing poorly, losing ourselves, or reacting in ways that don’t serve us.That’s not because you’re broken—it’s because trauma shapes our nervous system, our thoughts, and our choices. But here’s the good news: trauma can be healed.

At Trauma Queen, you’ll discover how to:

Understand what trauma really is and how it lives in the bodyLearn how to regulate your nervous system and respond instead of react

Manage thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck in old cycles

Practice boundaries and healthy coping skills (DBT-informed)Heal through play, rest, laughter, and co-regulation with other women

Build the skills to create safe, healthy, and lasting relationships with others and yourself

Release old shame and step into your power as the Queen of your own life

What to Expect

We’ll blend science and sisterhood with a little sparkle and play. Across the weekend you’ll experience:

Workshops & Sessions: trauma education, nervous system healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, boundaries and relationship skills, forgiveness and integration.

Activities & Rituals: bonfire circles, crown-making, sparklers by the pond, journaling, laughter exercises, and creative play woven into every teaching.

Rest & Freedom: time to nap under the trees, walk the farm, or fish at the pond (we have rods and bait)—participate as much or as little as feels right for you.

Community: connect with women who understand your journey and want to heal alongside you.

The DetailsDates: Friday, Oct 31 (6:00 PM) – Sunday, Nov 2 (4:00 PM), 2025.

Friday night is all social and play so if you need to skip this night to take your kids trick-or-treating, you're welcome to arrive Saturday morning to begin the sessions.Location: a private, 15-acre property with a pond, gazebo, and wide-open skies.Friday Night: Arrive dressed as your inner queen—whether she’s glamorous, witchy, playful, or royal, your crown awaits. Dinner and firepit ritual included.

Saturday & Sunday: Sessions and meals under a large tent by the pond. Casual, comfortable clothes encouraged. Layers recommended—it’s outdoors in the fall.Meals: Catered lunches and dinners, snacks, drinks, and s’mores by the fire. (Breakfast on your own at your hotel.) When you register, please inform of us of any food/beverage concerns you might have.

Included in Your Ticket: All workshops, activities, rituals, meals (except breakfast), snacks and drinks, retreat workbook, supplies, and full use of the farm.

Not Included: Hotel, flights, or transportation. We recommend booking nearby at local hotels ($135 per night). Guests are responsible for rental cars or rides from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) (1 hour away) or Monroe Executive Airport (20 min away).

Cost: $350 per person for early bird, $400 after 9/20. Limited to 50 women. Age 21 and above. After you register and pay, you’ll receive an email with my home address, hotel recommendations, packing list, and full retreat guide. Restrooms will be available in the home.
