Develop awareness of the role that systems, culture and community play in trauma and resilience. In addition, explore the overlay of yogic philosophy, the chakra system and trauma.
Learn and practice somatic, evidence based strategies to reduce harm and support post traumatic growth within your scope of practice as a wellness professional, including the 5 key elements of a trauma informed space.
Learn to embody trauma informed leadership as you develop competence and explore your own healing through self reflection, journaling, daily asana and meditation offerings and group practice teaching.
Program includes training manual with resources, hands on practices, sample guided meditations, playlists, references for further learning & more.
All participants will receive a curated care package to support nervous system tending throughout the weekend and beyond.
