Trauma Informed Training

This session offers an introduction to Trauma-Informed Practices and explores how understanding the impact of trauma can help us create more supportive, compassionate, and effective environments for both colleagues and customers. This session will help to recognise that past experiences can shape behaviour, resilience, and connection.

The session will also look at how these approaches can be especially valuable when working with people who have experienced significant transitions or challenges in life, including those who have grown up in care. We’ll explore how trauma-informed awareness can strengthen relationships, enhance wellbeing, and build workplaces and communities where everyone feels seen, valued, and safe.
