Led by Laura Kustaborder, a physician assistant and holistic wellness practitioner, this essential workshop provides the tools needed to serve diverse populations. Learn to safely and confidently adapt your practice for prenatal students, those with limited mobility or chronic conditions, and anyone who has experienced trauma. You will master the skill of intelligent modification to ensure every student feels seen, safe, and empowered.
Current yoga teachers can earn 4 hours of Yoga Alliance CEU credits. This workshop is also highly recommended for anyone who works with special populations or an interest in deepening their knowledge.
