Do you want to feel more skillful supporting clients with anxiety, chronic stress and unresolved trauma? This offering is for therapists, yoga and movement teachers and anyone who wants to have more agency in their own healing.
Approachable practices, inclusive and skillful ways of using language, and an embodied approach to understanding polyvagal theory.
? About:
This workshop is led by Yoga Behind Bars' former Program Director and Lead Trainer, JP Frank. JP has trained over 500 community members to offer trauma-informed, resiliency-based embodied tools based on learnings from 12 years of working alongside incarcerated people on their healing journeys.

This workshop includes:
A trauma-informed embodiment class
Practice facilitating
Embodied approach to understanding Polyvagal Theory
Inclusive Language module
The Language of Somatic Inquiry module
Affirmative consent framework
You will leave with more awareness and agency for working with your own trauma and healing as well as being able to more skillfully support your clients, students, and patients in their healing.
