Trauma is not a disorder; in fact, trauma is a survival response.Join Shaylin, an experienced coach and healer with a deep understanding of trauma, for discussions on trauma education and recovery. Shaylin will lead class participants through an enlightening and healing journey, empowering them with the necessary skills to start their own healing process and and experience a profound sense of safety
