Trauma & Addiction

Many people turn to coping strategies - including substance use - when the pain of trauma feels overwhelming. In this online workshop, we’ll explore how trauma and addiction are linked, why substances can feel so compelling, and how recovery is about more than coping: it’s about healing.

This one-day workshop will take place in WAVE's Nevara centre in Belfast on Tuesday 4th August, and will run from 10.00am - 4.00pm.
