Caroling not really your thing? MINE EITHER! This edition of Trap Pole Experience is all about giving you the basic tools to be the party-starter in every room ahead of the actual holiday season.

We're back for another round bringing you an absolute beginner-friendly dance setting where we blend pole, floorwork, and your camera phone to show you exactly how to create a gift that keeps on giving.

This one's a party vibe and everyone's invited to class! We’ll explore the art of moving with (and without) the pole before taking time out to make sure you can grab your best angles for the close friends stories. 👀

• a cute holiday-inspired outfit (because you've gotta look the part)
• ample memory on your recording device of choice
• a willingness to move freely and take up space
