About this Event
Join me (Paris Williams) as I lead you throught a HIIT Glute based workout.
In this class, we’ll focus on glutes, legs, and core, but don’t worry, your whole body will feel the burn. No equipment needed, just bring yourself, water & towel, a positive attitude, and ENERGY!!!

"BYOB" is for anyone looking to build strength, endurance, and have fun while doing so. This class is for ALL fitness levels!

I certify that I am physically capable of participating and have consulted a medical professional if necessary. I agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided.
Media Release
I grant TRAP BYOB full permission to capture, record, and use my image, likeness, and voice in photos, videos, and other media for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. I understand that these materials may be used in print, digital, and social media without compensation. I waive any rights to review or approve the final content.
