More than a workout, Trap & Burn is a culture-driven fitness experience blending functional strength training, Pilates, and the energy of Trap & R&B. Expect an unforgettable workout, curated wellness experiences, and a community you’ll want to be part of long after the final rep.
Start with a 50-minute "hybrid" workout featuring a mix of Pilates (core & obliques) and functional strength training. Workout with instructors Courtney Tate and Nicole Hutchison, as one of Houston's premiere DJ's sets the vibe.
Immediately following the workout, guests are welcome to stay for a community mixer featuring a number of vendors offering services, products, and immersive experiences, food and drinks, and lots of community building.
Mats will be provided to each ticket holder who has access into the workout.

Early Bird: Our first FIVE ticket holders will have free admission into the event. This ticket inludes the 50-minute workout, the community mixer, a specially curated gift bag from Core & Culture, and a free drink from the bar following the workout.
Culture Pass: Our next FIFTEEN ticket holders' ticket includes a specially curated gift bag from Core & Culture and a free drink from the bar following the workout. Price: $29.99
VIP Experience: This ticket gives you access into the entire Trap & Burn experience including the 50-minute workout and access into the community mixer immediately following. Price: $29.99
General Admission: This ticket gives you access into the community mixer where you can come and enjoy the fun without having to break a sweat! Visit our vendors, try products with our sponsors, grab a drink, catch a vibe, meet new people, be part of the culture. Price: $19.99
