About this Event

Join the WTS DEI Committee for a Transportation Equity In Practice workshop at Centilia Cultural Center near the Beacon Hill Link Station. In this facilitated and interactive workshop, we will:

• Learn about the historic context and impacts of the Puget Sound’s transportation network,
• Establish a common language and put our understanding of transportation equity into practice, and
• Generate actionable personal and professional next steps to advance transportation equity in your work.

• Located across the street from the Beacon Hill light rail station

• Meeting space offers ADA-compliant, ground-level, step-free access, including an accessible garage entrance, restrooms, and parking.

Schedule & Food

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Plan to arrive before the workshop starts at 4:30 pm to enjoy a light dinner of authentic Oaxacan food from Antojitos Lita Rosita. Workshop will conclude at 6:30.
