Highland District Council’s Transportation Committee is responsible for all transportation related matters affecting the Highland Park area, including but not limited to vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic, parking, transit, and airport noise.The Transportation Committee typically meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7 – 8:30 p.m. There is no Transportation Committee meeting in April or December. Unless noted, this meeting will take place in the Activity Room at the Highland Park Community Center (1978 Ford Parkway, Saint Paul, MN 55116). All are welcome to attend in-person or online via Zoom.
