Transplant Trivia Bash: Injecting Fun into Jodi's Myelofibrosis Journey

Trivia Night and a Dip Duel to raise money for Jodi Leary's medical and housing expenses.

I am hosting this fundraiser to help raise money for my mom's cancer journey. She was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis, a rare blood cancer, in January 2023. We've now hit the point in her journey where it's necessary to do a Stem Cell Transplant - which is the only possiblity for a cure. Mom and Mariah will need to stay in Chicago, near Northwestern Hospital, for approximately 100 days. The lodging alone is very expensive, which creates a huge financial burden during an already stressful and scary time.

There will be prizes for Trivia and Dip Duel winners!! We will also have a raffle item, as well as 50/50 tickets.

Trivia Teams of 6 (max)
Cost is $25 per person + Eventbrite Fee - this includes your spot on the trivia team, tasting and voting on the Dip Duel entries, and dinner.

*Each team will have the opportunity to purchase up to 3 Mulligans at the event for $10 per Mulligan.

Trivia & Dip Duel Entry
$35 + Eventbrite Fee - everything listed above + you get to enter your favorite dip in the Dip Duel. You must bring a crock-pot (or similar size container) full of your delicious entry so that there is enough for everyone to sample. I also need you to list your ingredients, you do not have to provide the recipe, we just need to know what is in it for allergen reasons.

Dip Duel Only
The cost is $15 + Eventbrite fee. Includes dinner and entering the Dip Duel. You must bring a crock-pot (or similar size container) full of your delicious entry so that there is enough for everyone to sample. I also need you to list your ingredients, you do not have to provide the recipe, we just need to know what is in it for allergen reasons.

Dinner Only
$10 + Eventbrite fee. Includes dinner, plus voting on Dip Duel entries.
