Transition-to-Adulthood Resource Fair

Families with youth ages 15 to 21 who have disabilities are invited to a free Transition-to-Adulthood Fair on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The event will be held from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Instructional Planning Center, 201 E. 38th St., Sioux Falls.
Participants can explore important topics like guardianship, job training (vocational rehabilitation), SSI benefits, and services for young adults. There will also be a chance to meet with local organizations and get valuable resources. A free lunch will be provided.
This event is hosted by South Dakota Parent Connection and the Sioux Falls School District.
