Not feeling like a Spring Chicken anymore?! Consider seeking solace in a "Cougar Puberty Workshop" of sorts! Join me later this Spring and Summer to find camaraderie in venting about this trying season of life for many!
I am now in my 9th year of working as Phoenix Transform, primarily working with women in their 30's to 60's over the years. There is textbook knowledge and there is also experiential knowledge. One thing I have come to hear, and increasingly understand myself as I venture into my 41st year (and will face medically induced menopause at some point this decade), is that women often cross a threshold where, BOOM, they suddenly stop feeling like themselves. It's like all of a sudden the pot went from subtle, manageable, predictable bubbles to a rolling boil, where any semblance of identity, normalcy, routine, and spark feels like it's been thrown out the window, accompanied by figurative and literal shrieks of, "I'm melting!" Stress resiliency? Forget about it. Deep sleep, what's that? Anxiety and irritability? Through the roof. Brain fog? Like a bitch. Changing body? Hello new or resurfacing body image issues. Fatigued days? Too many to count. Weird migraines and muscle/joint pain? Sure, why not. These and SO many more are very common symptoms that often get gaslight and dismissed elsewhere.
I am looking for 7-8 local women in their late 30s through their 50's to join me at each group meeting. Come to all of them or come to one of them! We will begin each meeting with some kind of relaxing nervous system care or breathwork practice speaking to stress resiliency and to aid in the transition from your busy day into the communal space. We will engage in a non judgmental share circle, where it's your space to say what you need to say out loud to other people who may be feeling exactly the same way you are or can empathize and relate. There may be provided prompts for us to reflect on initially before sharing or just jump into speaking your truth, struggles, reflections, etc. Emily of Phoenix Transform will also speak on different topics and hormonal support tips each meeting.
Please Pre-Register by the day before at the latest, as space is limited and cannot be guaranteed the day of the gathering. First come, first serve. Once spots have been filled for any date, they are gone. Come TRANSITION from your weekend into your week with me as we find fellowship amongst life transitions.
(Some phone systems allow you to save the flyer in your camera roll—from your camera roll the graphic’s QR code link will activate to take you to the payment link). Additionally, feel free to contact Emily, as personalized invoices can be easily texted or emailed as well as discussion of other payment options. Or reach out about any other questions. Paypal: [email protected])
Come unload and find safety and commonality in shared transitional grief, but also share and pick up some communal wisdom along the way. Maybe you've been comparing yourself, if not to others, to past versions of yourself. Maybe you are feeling less than or totally frustrated lately; but different doesn't always have to mean bad in the end. Come slow down and connect with some community minded support while you continue to evolve and transition. It's true, time can feel like a thief, but nothing is TMI in this sacred space.

What experience is required?
--No prior experience with mind body practices, breathwork, or health topics s required! There is no performance or judgement here, just come as you are. This gathering is accessible and invitational to ALL.

Disposable cups are provided, but you may also bring your own favorite mug for hot tea. Feel free to bring other nourishment and snacks if needed as well.
