Join us for a day of food, fun, and community as we celebrate the living legacy of our dear friend, Shelby Lexus Walker.Hosted by Southeastern Transgender Resource Center
In partnership with LGBT Life Center, Transgender Assistance Program of Virginia, Thriving Transmen of Color and Calos Coalition.
The community cookout from 11 AM to 5 PM will include :
~ A walk honoring Shelby Lexus Walker
~ Legal clinic - Courtesy of Lawren Burroughs
~ Food - We are grilling hamburgers and hotdogs
~ Hourly raffles and prizes with a trans fantastical prize drawing at 4:30 PM donated by Calos Coalition
~ Music by DJ Q Money!
~ Free HIV & STI testing courtesy of LGBT Life Center
~ Drinks
~ and more!
TDOV continues with a Mini Ball based on trans colors. Doors open at 9 PM. Competition starts at 10 PM with cash prizes awarded.
