Join S.T.A.R.T. on Wednesday, November 20th for our Transgender Day of Remembrance Memorial Ceremony.
TDOR is a yearly international event where we honor our trans family who were taken from us too soon via violence, uplift our local trans community as they mourn, and educate cisgender allies about the struggles and loss of transgender life.
This event will observe the reading of the names of transgender lives lost within the last year, allowing a moment for collective grief and solidarity as we memorialize those no longer with us. Afterwords, we'll have refreshments and resources available for the community, as well as community members available for chatting to cool down and remind each other we are stronger together.
This gallery is part two of our 2 TDOR events at The Fairbanks, with our Gallery & Live Art event on Saturday, November 9th. Please be sure to join us for both and show your love and solidarity with your local transgender community.
