Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is an annual observance that honors the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence over the past year.On this evening we will honor their memories... Tell their stories... Light candles... and ensure their names are never forgotten.
At this vigil you will have the opportunity to meet and hear from members of the gender-expansive community in the Lehigh Valley as they express their sorrow and concerns for the welfare of of those who live and work in our community each and every day.
This event is hosted by Eastern PA Trans Equity Project and Metropolitan Communty Church of the Lehigh Valley.
There will be a reception for attendees immediately following the event.
