Commemoration and Celebration of Transgender Visibility Month

The Transgender Family Program dedicates November to honoring transgender lives lost to violence and abuse, while celebrating the courage, resilience, and achievements of our community. Trans and non-binary people, especially trans people of color, face great challenges but continue to move forward, leaving a legacy of pride and progress. Each year, we gather to remember those we’ve lost and honor the victories in the fight for visibility, equality, and respect.

MOURN THE DEAD. FIGHT LIKE HELL FOR THE LIVING.

This is a space to reflect, remember the victims, and celebrate those who continue to fight, creating a path of hope and solidarity for future generations.

Conmemoración y Celebración del Mes de la Visibilidad Transgénero

El Programa Familiar Transgénero dedica el mes de noviembre a honrar las vidas transgénero perdidas por violencia y abuso, al mismo tiempo que celebra el coraje, la resiliencia y los logros de nuestra comunidad. Las personas trans y no binarias, especialmente las personas trans de color, enfrentan grandes desafíos, pero continúan avanzando, dejando un legado de orgullo y progreso. Cada año nos reunimos para recordar a quienes hemos perdido y reconocer las victorias en la lucha por la visibilidad, la igualdad y el respeto.
