Lisa shares her powerful journey of healing from PTSD and Military Sexual Trauma (MST) through creative expression, offering insight, resilience, and hope. Nationally certified in D&I, and the author of Stories from the Front: Pain, Betrayal, and Resilience on the MST Battlefield and Latina Warrior is a collection of poems, prose, and art in which Lisa weaves her journey in deeply personal, intense, explicit, and sometimes humorous expression.
