Transforming Prayer is a life-changing process that has helped people worldwide get free from self-destructive thinking that causes many forms of anxiety and depression. This model gets its foundations from the highly respected prayer models called Theophostic Prayer by Dr. Ed Smith and Freedom in Christ Prayer by Dr. Neil Anderson. Classes will run through August 24th, and you can attend as many classes as you'd like. This event page will be updated each time one class is over so attendees can sign up for the next class.
This course is offered on a donation basis, and there is no charge for the 1st class. More information will be provided regarding the suggested donation in person after the 1st class.
Here is an overview of the course classes:
Class 1 - Intro to Transforming Prayer
Wednesday June 19, 6:30-8:30 pm
Many pastors and professional counselors who have experienced this prayer process often say that the results are amazing. It has been reported to us many times that more healing happens in one session than numerous sessions of talk counseling.
Class 1 (REPEAT) - Intro to Transforming Prayer
Thursday June 20, 6:30-8:30 pm
After attending Class 1 you are going to go tell your friends they should attend this class. This is their chance to jump. (You can attend one or all of these classes)
Class 2 - Shattering Strongholds
Wednesday June 26, 6:30-8:30 pm
We can learn how to use the authority we have “in Christ” to free us from destructive thought patterns which are the primary influence over our emotions and our physical health.
Class 3 - Healing Trauma Wounds
Wednesday July 3rd, 6:30-8:30 pm
The Theophostic prayer model is a powerful tool for healing the trauma of the past. This is your chance to either learn or be refreshed in this amazing prayer process.
Class 4 - Demystifying the Demonic
Wednesday July 10, 6:30-8:30 pm
Myth, legend and confusion permeate this topic; therefore, it is important to have a well-informed understanding of the intersection of the mind, brain and the demonic.
2 WEEK BREAK
Class 5 - Going deeper with Transforming Prayer
Wednesday July 31, 6:30-8:30pm
Implementing the tools and skills of this model.
Class 6 - Breaking Toxic Generational Strongholds
Wednesday August 7 6:30-8:30pm
Learn how to break toxic attachments rooted in your family of origin that keep you connected to shame, fear and addictive thinking.
Class 7 - Unleashing Your Core Identity
Wednesday August 14 6:30-8:30pm
Our strength comes from our core … It forms the essence of who we are. It gives us the capacity for joy and purpose while providing a roadmap for fulfilling our destiny.
Class 8 - Transforming Prayer Training Lab
Saturday August 24 9am-12noon
LOCATION TO BE ANNOUNCED
Hands on training for those who want to experience the full power of this kind of ministry. The one requirement is that you are willing to receive prayer.
