The MANAGE track will provide participants with the skills to deal with grievances and disciplinary matters to achieve workplace harmony while motivating employees to drive performance.
When one can effectively Manage employees' grievances and disciplinary issues, the next critical step is to understand the different motivational theories, and integrate and put them into real-life situations.
