**Course Overview**

In this transformative class, students will delve into the rich and powerful practices of Shamanic Reiki and spirit animal journeys. Through a blend of experiential learning, guided exercises, and theoretical knowledge, participants will gain the tools and insights necessary for personal healing and spiritual growth.

**Key Learning Objectives:**

1. **Understanding Shamanic Reiki**:

- Explore the principles of Shamanic Reiki and how it integrates traditional Reiki practices with shamanic healing techniques.

- Learn about the energy systems, including chakras and how to work with them in a Shamanic context.

2. **Creating Sacred Space**:

- Learn techniques for setting up a sacred healing environment using the Four Winds.

- Understand the significance of intention and the elements in creating a safe space for healing and spiritual work.

3. **Breathwork Practices**:

- Discover various breathwork techniques such as controlled breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, circular breathing, and pranayama.

- Understand the role of breath in energy work and how it can facilitate relaxation, healing, and connection to the spirit.

4. **Spirit Animal Guided Journeys**:

- Engage in guided journeys to meet and connect with spirit animals.

- Learn how to navigate altered states of consciousness through visualization and drumming.

- Explore the messages and guidance received from spirit animals and how to integrate them into daily life.

5. **Conducting Shamanic Healing Sessions**:

- Gain practical skills in performing Shamanic Reiki sessions, including energy assessments and intuitive healing techniques.

- Learn to create and use personal symbols in healing practices.

**Class Format**

• - **Interactive Lectures**: Engaging discussions that provide foundational knowledge of Shamanic Reiki and breathwork.
• - **Guided Exercises**: Practical sessions where students will experience breathwork, journeying, and healing firsthand.
• - **Group Sharing**: Opportunities for students to share experiences, insights, and questions, fostering community and support.
• Bring a small item for the medicine bag ceremony (a stone or anything that may have meaning to you no larger than a penny).
• Bring a drum or rattle.
• Bring a mat and or pillow to sit on.

**Outcome**

By the end of the course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of Shamanic Reiki, the significance of spirit animals in healing, and practical tools to facilitate their own healing journeys and those of others. Participants will leave with enhanced spiritual awareness, a deeper connection to their intuition, and the confidence to incorporate these practices into their personal and professional lives.
