Embark on a 40-day transformative journey with our comprehensive Yoga Nidra workshop. This immersive experience is designed to deepen your practice, enhance your understanding of Sankalpa (intention setting), and harmonize your energy centers. Led by Angie Dobberfuhl.This is a 7 week series. The 1st class is 90 min (10/10), the 5 following classes are all 60 min (10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/7, 11/14), and the 7th class (11/21) is 90 min. All classes are Thursday at 6:30pm.
