Join us for a 30 minute deep relaxation Gong immersion, which can shift your state of consciousness and guide you into an automatic state of deep meditation with ease, as the Gong is a powerful catalyst for transformation.100% of the proceeds from this meditation will be donated to Eric Perry’s GoFundMe, to assist this community member and his family with all of the costs associated with his battle against brain cancer. Suggested donation for this event is $20 but if you can spare more for Eric’s care, please do! Cash donations will be collected at the event, and a card will be available to sign to collect your messages of hope, strength and community support.
***Ages 15 and over event. Event begins promptly at the stated time, doors will be locked, late entry is not permitted, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Yoga mats, knee bolsters, and blankets will be provided, please feel free to bring a favorite pillow, or any additional props desired for comfort. Space is limited, register ahead to avoid disappointment.
