The program of the workshop:
* Landing, connecting in the group, centering ourselves with guided meditation
* Practical guidance about the holotropic breathing that we are going to do during the session
* 90 minutes breathwork therapy session with loud music and shamanic drumming
* Grounding ourselves back into our bodies after the journey
* Conscious processing of the experiences - individually and in groups
* Closing ceremony

Briefly about us, the workshop facilitators:
Kinga - Psyichotherapist, energy healer
I have been on the path of healing for nearly 20 years, beginning with psychotherapy and emotional work. Over time, I’ve integrated holistic methods and ancient wisdom into my practice. Healing trauma is a central part of my work, and I’m especially drawn to the power of group and community healing.
Anikó - Body-oriented psychotherapist
I’ve always worked with people – first through their thoughts and stories, later through the wisdom of the body itself.
Today I help others reconnect with their inner balance and ease through body awareness and gentle therapeutic presence.

Contraindications:
In case of high blood pressure, cardiovascular, circulatory problems, lung problems, epilepsy, it is recommended to seek the opinion of a GP.
This method is not recommended for pregnant women.
We recommend that people who have recently undergone surgery, physical injury, or psychiatric hospitalization postpone breathing therapy.
