** Join Christince & Sher as we embark on a transformative 6-week immersion that merges the wisdom of meditation, pranayama, yoga, and the 12-step program to address addictive behaviors and build inner strength. This program is designed to guide you through a deep exploration of self, offering practical tools and profound insights to help you overcome the challenges of addiction.
Throughout the immersion, you'll engage in dynamic practices that integrate ancient techniques with modern therapeutic approaches. Our sessions will include:
* Meditation: Techniques to enhance self-awareness and cultivate a mindful presence, helping you understand and manage your impulses.
* Pranayama: Breathwork exercises to regulate your nervous system and promote emotional balance, supporting your journey towards recovery.
* Yoga: Physical postures and movements designed to strengthen both body and mind, fostering resilience and clarity.
* 12-Step Principles: Insights and practices from the 12-step program to offer structure and support in your path to overcoming addiction.
