This October 2024, marks the 2 year anniversary of The Starfish Connection nonprofit in Santa Barbara County! The Starfish Connection is dedicated to providing HOPE for our community through Crisis Funding and Community Storytelling. Transformational Tales will kick off our Stars and Stories series providing opportunities for our wonderful community to gather, connect, and share stories!
All funds raised will go directly to our Crisis Funding Program. The Starfish Connection provides crisis funding to individuals and families with emergent financial needs that cannot be met by other organizations or government support. We issue direct support up to $2500, usually within 24 hours of receiving the application and we provide basic needs relief: rental assistance, past due car payments and utility bills, furniture and appliances for critically ill families and much more.
