Muscle testing is used regularly by nutritionists, homeopathic MD's and many other complimentary medical practitioners as a way of communicating directly with the body and energy system. It has commonly been used in identifying food allergies, and testing for what the body may need nutritionally.
What people may not be familiar with it that muscle testing, which is a form of Transformational Kinesiology (TK) is a proven method for releasing fear, worry & irritation. Muscle testing is used to get to the heart of a matter.
This is a valuable skill that everyone should understand as we navigate an ever changing and often times toxic world.
Join Kate Rafferty, expert Transformational Kinesiologist to learn about the energy body and how you test it. If certain energies in the body are unbalanced you will not receive an accurate muscle test. Kate will teach you comprehensive energy clearing method to assist in an accurate MT experience. goal setting, food testing and basic magnet testing are also included in this course.
