The Breath Reconnection is a deeper, guided Transformational Breath® workshop held in Colchester.
This in-person session offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your breath, release tension and gently shift what may feel stuck, physically, emotionally or mentally.
Many of us move through life breathing in a restricted way without realising the impact this has on how we feel. This workshop is an invitation to pause, become aware and allow the breath to open again.
