Discover how changing your breath can change your life in this Transformational Breath® Introductory Workshop with experienced Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Group Leader, Yael Hochenberg!!
TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH® is a spiritually orientated, conscious connected breathing system that uses a dynamic and powerful breathing pattern to open the breath, oxygenate the cells and create a high vibrational energy in the electromagnetic field. It helps to integrate and clear subconscious patterns, energy blocks and past trauma, ultimately accessing higher realms of consciousness and bringing a fuller expression of love and JOY.
We take over 20,000 breaths a day....yet most of us have restricted breathing patterns and are only using around a third of our entire respiratory system!!
Learn how to reclaim the optimal, open breath you were born with, easing stress and anxiety, increasing mental clarity and focus, clearing subconscious patterns that are no longer needed, detoxing and optimising your immune system, feel energised and deepen your connection with SOURCE!
Our breathing pattern changes over time in response to the emotional challenges we all have to face in our lives, and correcting unhelpful breathing patterns enables us to change the way we live our life, letting go of old beliefs and behaviours. This workshop will take place on Saturday September 28th, 2.30 - 5.00pm, in Stroud's Gold Room at the Centre For Science & Art on Lansdown, GL5 1BB
Places are limited and sessions are always held within a confidential and safe container.

I do not offer any refunds if you have to cancel, however, you can offer your booking to a friend so it does not go to waste!
In the event I have to cancel, you will be fully refunded.
Are there any risks or contraindications?
Transformational Breath® is a safe and effective breathing technique, however, it is not a medical practice and facilitators are not medically trained. If you suffer from any serious condition you should check with your medical practitioner prior to breathing with us.
IMPORTANT:
If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy it is not advised to take part. If you suffer from complex PTSD and dissociative symptoms, a 1:1 session may be preferable vs a group breathe. Please discuss this with Yael before booking. If you have any medical issues, we invite you to contact us and discuss these before booking.
