The breathwork portion integrates patterns of guided breathing segments, music, and optional vibrational assists. I intuitively utilize Himalayan bowls & weighted tuning forks on energy centers & pressure points of the body. Along with Shamanic drumming and energy work, these treatments can significantly help move and release any “stuck” energy to enhance your journey.

Align your mind, body, and spirit while being fully enveloped in sounds, frequencies and tactile physical vibrations from gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, various drums, Native American flutes, rain sticks, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, weighted tuning forks and more during the immersive sensory & sound healing journey.
? INCLUDED: Optional aromatherapy, energy work, and use of an eye mask, pillow, blanket, bolster & prepaid comfort platform of choice (twin/queen bed, yoga mat, or massage table.)
? BRING: Chapstick, hydration, socks, & your own comfort items if you have particular needs.
? WEAR: Comfy clothes that allow unrestricted movement, preferably with no exposed zippers, buttons, or metal embellishments.
