Transformational Breathwork Journey

This 75-minute journey is designed to help you come home to yourself — to feel safe receiving, expanding, and remembering who you truly are.

Jess supports women in reconnecting with their inner power and releasing the patterns that keep them small. Through trauma-informed Breathwork, she guides you to regulate your nervous system, open your heart, and step fully into your authentic self.

Intention Setting & Guidance (10 min)
Breathwork Practice (50 min of continuous breathing)
Grounding & Integration (5–10 min to close and anchor)

✨ Gain clarity, creativity, and a stronger connection to self
✨ Soften your heart while strengthening your resilience

You’ll be laying down for most of the practice, with space to move intuitively as needed.

Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
• Optional: eye mask, journal, or anything that makes you feel safe and supported

Come with an open heart and an intention to receive exactly what you need.

Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that can bring up strong physical or emotional sensations. Please honor your body and participate only if it feels right for you.

Do not participate if you have or have experienced:

• Cardiovascular disease, angina, or heart attack
• High blood pressure
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Recent injury or surgery
• History of panic attacks or psychosis
• Severe or persistent mental illness
• Seizure disorders
• Family history of aneurysms
• Frequent dizziness or vertigo
• Pregnancy
