What to expect:

We will start with 30 minutes of three-part, activating breathwork followed by a 20 minute sound bath to realign and calm the nervous system back down.

What to bring: journal/pen, yoga mat, eye mask, pillow and blankets. Anything that will help you be comfortable while laying on your yoga mat for an hour.
Please where loose fitting clothing that won't restrict your belly for breathing.
