Join Katy Marver, ATR, for an afternoon of lighthearted painting and creativity. We will start with a short meditation to get centered and focused on the transformation happening in your own lives, add descriptive words and symbols to your canvas, and then transform that into an amazing butterfly painting, full of color and life to remind you of the how far you have come in life.
Or you could choose to meditate on a special person that you would like to recognize and create a painting to honor them, either as a memorial or a gift.
