The Findhorn Transformation Game is a unique tool for self-discovery, personal growth and meaningful insight. Developed at the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland, it offers a playful yet profound way to explore life’s challenges and opportunities.
Before the game begins, each participant is invited to formulate a clear intention—a question, goal, or area of life they wish to explore. This intention becomes the guiding thread throughout the game.
As players move through the Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual levels, they draw cards that offer guidance, highlight obstacles, and reveal strengths or insights related to their intention.
The process mirrors real life, helping players reflect deeply, shift perspectives, and make empowered choices.
Played in a group, the game fosters connection, clarity, and transformation.
Facilitators support the experience, creating a safe, reflective space for growth.
