Join us for a well-supported Deep Dive Holotropic Breath Work Journey combined with a soothing sound bath.

This levent will take place at Toscana Salon & Day Spa located on Greiner Road in Williamsville, NY.

Prepare to immerse yourself in an intimate exploration of your inner landscape through the power of guided breath, connecting conversations, cathartic journaling & the pure, gentle sounds of crystal & Himalayan singing bowls.

You will be guided through a series of breathwork rounds in a cycle of charge, release & rest in a safe, meditative space. This guided, self propelled inner work journey makes room for reflection, release & transformation.

After the breath & sound, we will journal and then connect & share in a low pressure, intimate one-one groups.
