Ecocycle planning

This session is aimed at anyone who puts their focus into multiple places, in their work and across their life.

Most of use energy we don’t have to spare in the back of our minds, wondering about what we should or could be doing differently to better distribute our attention and prioritise what really matters to our bigger goals.
We are aware on some level that we are probably wasting energy and attention on unimportant work. But we lack the perspective to address this.
The ecocycle provides a moment to take a breath, step back and look at the whole of your work and other projects in a new light.

You’ll come away with a new understanding of where the different components of your personal ecosystem sit in their own individual life-cycle, and with some fresh ideas for how to re-balance your world and move forwards with less friction.
