Guest speaker - Chris Kenworthy
Chris is an embodiment coach, facilitator, and improviser. He’s also a recovering perfectionist - trying hard not to try so hard all the time (usually on his own).

Chris helps people remember who they already are, overcome overwhelm, and feel fully human again: messy, brilliant, alive, tender, and real.

He does this in one-to-one coaching and warm and playful workshops.

Event Host - Relationship Coach & Self Discovery Mentor, Erica Marmai

Erica specialises in helping health-focused, growth-oriented individuals deepen their connection to themselves and cultivate a life filled with aliveness, meaning, and freedom—both personally and in their relationships.

Growing up as the daughter of divorced parents, Erica experienced a chaotic upbringing, which led to deep suffering and the development of coping mechanisms that kept her stuck in depression and anxiety. However, through her own healing journey, she discovered how to transform pain into opportunities for growth and resilience.

She now firmly believes that the mental health crisis is a relational crisis at its core. Her mission is dedicated to breaking unhealthy generational cycles and guiding clients toward secure and fulfilling relationships.

Having done the deep work of exploring her own shadow and unresolved relational wounds, Erica now helps others navigate their inner world, dissolve emotional turmoil, and build the confidence to create healthy, thriving relationships—including the one they have with themselves.

Her clients, committed to personal growth and transformation, shift from burnout and over-functioning to a state of stability, self-assurance, and vitality, allowing them to embrace life with greater ease and authenticity.
