Welcome to Transform, a 3-hour journey combining Ceremony, Breathwork and Life Coaching principles.

Set in the beautiful Swan Valley, Andrew and Servane will create a safe space and share the process for you to let go of the past, realign your life path and step into your ideal self.

Begin your journey with an opening ceremony and group connection in readiness for self-discovery, emotional release and personal growth. In this safe space Andrew and Servane will guide you through Life Coaching tools to explore your current reality, identify what is truly important to you and what is holding you back. Step into your power as you brain storm and explore options available so you may realise your dreams. Then embark on a 90-minute breath journey, with optional headsets producing the latest multi-dimensional sound, designed to let go of old belief systems, past trauma and release what is no longer serving you. We will then spend time unpacking, integrating and reflecting before a closing ceremony to empower you to step out and transform your life.


What is Breathwork:

Breathwork is a dynamic practice that harnesses the breath's potential to release stress, heal emotional wounds, and expand consciousness. Through guided intentional breathing techniques, you can access deeper states of awareness, release stress, blockages and unlock your true potential!

About your hosts:

Andrew and Servane formed their wellness company Treemendus Health in 2018 as a reaction to long, successful and stressful careers in the corporate arena. Today, Andrew is a double diploma practitioner and the West Australian teacher and trainer for the international Sound Healing Academy. He is a Meditation Teacher with the Meditation Society of Australia, a Trauma-informed Breathwork practitioner, Life Coach, Kinesiologist, Keynote Speaker and Financial Adviser of 25 years. Servane has a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Naturopathy and Nutrition, is a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Practitioner with a keen interest in cognitive and metabolic health. Together, they have held space and helped thousands both locally and internationally.


What to bring:

Journal and pen, yoga mat, bolster (if you wish), blanket and water.


To attend, please observe the following:

- No food 2-4 hours before the event.

- Stay well hydrated throughout the day.

- Wear loose comfortable clothing - no belt.

- Bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, water, journal & pen.

- High blood pressure (uncontrolled)

- Severe mental health issue

- Psychoactive medications
