Andrew Cox has walked the path of transformation, from the high-pressure world of finance to a life centered on wellbeing, growth, and meaningful connection.
For over 25 years Andrew worked in stockbroking and financial advice, helping others navigate wealth while quietly battling the cost of long-term stress in his own body. When chronic digestive issues and mental health struggles began to impact his daily life — and conventional approaches weren’t helping — he turned to breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and kinesiology.
It was the beginning of a new chapter, a complete life change.
That personal healing journey sparked a professional transformation. Andrew stepped away from his corporate life and, alongside his wife and business partner of over 25 years, Servane, co-founded Treemendus Health, a wellness company that has supported thousands of individuals and organisations across Australia.
Today, Andrew is a corporate wellness speaker, mindfulness educator, and thought leader. His work has reached teams at Google, BHP, ANZ, and many more — but his message is simple: we all deserve to feel well, think clearly, and live lives aligned with who we are.
Andrew brings more than credentials to his work — he brings experience. He's travelled to over 50 countries, performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and spent decades building relationships, businesses, and a deeper understanding of what helps people thrive.
