This retreat is about truly feeling what it feels like to be HELD. Where you can really let go and be pampered through: yoga, breakwork, meditation, eating nourishing food from a private Vegetarian Ayurvedic chef, in luxury accommodations in a beautiful location with other likeminded women and all of that being facilitated by a trauma-informed coach. So of course we will be doing some healing work as well. There is no doubt a powerful transformation will take place over the weekend! And the icing on the cake you will receive a professional photoshoot with images and be able to really make the most of the space you're in, capturing incredible content. All while having a restorative relaxing weekend with other like minded women entrepreneurs.
