Transatlantic Business & Investment Conference 2026
About this Event
TBIC is pleased to host its 10th Anniversary Transatlantic Business and Investment Conference in Houston, TX, on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Returning to Texas for this milestone edition, the conference will bring together economic developers, site selection consultants, European companies, industry experts, and members of the TBIC network for a full day dedicated to foreign direct investment, transatlantic cooperation, and practical insights for communities and businesses alike.
Attendees can look forward to discussions on current FDI trends, workforce development, site selection, headquarters attraction, logistics and connectivity, as well as best practices from across the TBIC Network. Confirmed speakers and panelists include representatives from the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, FT Locations, Newmark, Port Houston, Kroll, the European-American Chamber of Commerce Texas, and many other leading organizations, with additional speakers to be announced in the coming weeks.
This year's program is designed to offer value to every part of the TBIC network. Two high-level panel discussions will address the biggest forces shaping foreign direct investment and the future of the transatlantic partnership, bringing together leading experts for a strategic view of the global economy and cross-border investment.
Dedicated breakout sessions will then dive into practical, hands-on strategies tailored to communities of every size and priority, from rural and smaller-market economic development to headquarters attraction and strategic corporate operations in fast-growing metropolitan regions. Whichever challenges and opportunities your organization is focused on, there will be a session built to help.
A further highlight will be a series of fireside chats focused on real-world investment projects and hands-on experiences with U.S. market expansion. These conversations will provide attendees with direct perspectives from individuals involved in evaluating locations, making investment decisions, and supporting international projects.
