The Academic Trans Network is organizing a trans-themed music bingo at Bar Ö on Wednesday 26.8. from 18:00–20:00!
Join us for an evening of bops, bangers, and bingö as we celebrate music by trans artists. You can expect catchy tunes, jamming and dancing along, and the chance to aggressively dab your bingo card on your way to some great prizes.
We'll kick things off with a short introduction before diving into the music. No previous knowledge of trans artists or songs is needed — just bring yourself and get ready to have fun. The bingo is free to enter, so come along for good music, good company, and maybe even bingo glory!
Our public events are open to anyone interested regardless of academic background. This bingo is organized as a part of the Turku Pride 2026 programme.
The Turku Academic Trans Network is a casual nonprofit network that organizes inclusive, low-threshold meetings and events. We warmly welcome transgender, intersex, bigender, non-binary people, and allies. Our network is open to students at all stages of their studies, doctoral researchers, university staff, and affiliated scholars at the University of Turku, Åbo Akademi, Turku AMK, and other universities & universities of applied sciences.
