Upon reaching a breathtaking viewpoint, we will pause for a relaxing Tai Chi session, allowing you to harmonize your energy with the natural surroundings. This event is open to individuals of all fitness levels. No prior experience in Tai Chi is necessary. Our instructors will provide guidance suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. The total distance of the hike is approximately 2 miles and can be shortened if necessary.​
