TRANCE DANCE JOURNEY & Sauna

Trance Dance is a journey in that blends dance, rhythmic music, transformational breathwork and the use of a blindfold to support a shift in perception.

Rooted in ancient shamanic traditions, Trance Dance offers a rare space to step away from external noise and reconnect with your essence and deepest intentions. Through movement & breath, we tap into the wisdom of the body and the healing potential of expanded states of consciousness. Often called “The Dance of Vision”, by removing visual distractions and tuning into your inner landscape, this practice opens the door to wellbeing, emotional release, and deep clarity.

~ To gently land after the journey, we’ll close with a sauna session. The warmth of the sauna helps the body unwind, encourages detoxification, soothes the nervous system, and creates space for integration. It’s also a moment to rest, reflect, and share in quiet connection with others.

This experience is open to everyone.

~ Maria Fonseca is a guide of embodied presence. With roots in professional dance, Fighting Monkey Practice, Meditation, and Shamanic Trance Dance, she draws on over a decade of experience to awaken the body’s wisdom and wild intelligence. Her journeys invite you to explore, express, and open to healing and change. Expect presence, power, and poetic flow.
