Tram's Kitchen Sink

It's Tram here from Mariposa Coffee Bar! I've been interested in food for as long as I can remember and recognize that one of my love languages involves feeding people. My love for food led me to co-create Mariposa, where we serve a simple menu of Cuban and Vietnamese goodies. I live to eat and strive to share more of that with my community.

This is why I'm introducing Tram's Kitchen Sink, a time where I can be creative and play! It's a concept in which I compose a menu that tells a story about my food journey. With Mariposa as a venue, we will have both communal and private seating in a cozy setting making it feel like I'm cooking for you in my own home.
