Policy Regarding Schedule Changes

We retain the right to cancel / reschedule the workshop if:

· COVID-19 restrictions or other extreme circumstances prevent the workshop from happening face-to-face.

o If we are ordered to postpone, we will notify you immediately.

· Participant numbers are too low.

o We will notify you two weeks before the event and move you into a future workshop.

If you will be traveling to attend the workshop, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself should any unforeseen circumstances arise.

If we need to change to an online format due to COVID 19 precautions we will let participants know as soon as we are told.

If we need to change to an online format due to low registrations, we will notify participants two weeks before the training. Regardless, it would be wise to purchase travel insurance if you are traveling into the area for the training. Online training will run during the same times and participants will receive all our great materials (via mail), but will not receive lunch or refreshments.
