If you haven't heard of organizing methods before, they are a collection of methods and techniques that are not about recruiting members to a union, but about activating workers in the struggle for there own rights. Organizing methods originally originated in the United States and were developed during the 1930s. Since then, the methods have been used for local community organizing, migrant worker organizing and of course in the new boom of union organizing in the United States. The methods can basically be used for all types of organizing, for example for organizing Wolt workers :-)
