Workshop Overview: Creating a welcoming, respectful environment where every customer feels valued is essential. Equally important is ensuring your staff feel confident in their ability to communicate, meet diverse needs, and foster an inclusive atmosphere for all.

Guest Speaker: Lived Experience Perspective. The training will also provide learners with the opportunity to hear firsthand perspectives from people with disabilities, focusing on both positive and negative customer service experiences.
Q & A Session: Our workshop will include ample time for questions and answers.
Our training offers strategies, interactive activities – “See the world from their perspective”, resources, and interactive activities to promote calmness, relaxation, and confidence for all staff and visitors.
